Though there are many options for using a Hisense TV without a remote, the easiest way is to hard reset the TV by pressing the physical Reset button on the TV’s panel. Which Hisense Smart TVs Come with a Reset Button?
The Reset button is only available on Hisense Roku TVs. If you own a Hisense Roku TV model, you can find this button on the side face of the back panel. It is a pinhole button that looks like a tiny black dot. You can use the reset button if the Hisense TV keeps turning off and you are unable to access the settings to reset.
How to Reset Hisense TV using the Reset Button
1. Turn on your Hisense Roku TV and navigate to the Reset button on your TV panel.
2. Click and hold the Reset button with the help of a paperclip or SIM ejector tool.
3. Hold the button until your TV screen turns off and turn on with the Hisense logo.
4. That’s it. You have successfully performed a reset on the Hisense Smart TV without reaching out to your Hisense TV settings.
Note: Some older Hisense TVs that run on RokuOS lack the Reset button. For these older Hisense Roku TVs, you can press the Volume button and Input button simultaneously to perform the factory reset.
Why is there No Reset Button on my Hisense TV?
The Hisense TV manufacturer has not included the physical Reset in many models. We aren’t sure why, but many TV manufacturers these days don’t include a physical reset button. The Hisense TV models that don’t come with a reset button:

How to Reset Hisense TV with No Reset Button
If you own any of the above-mentioned models, you can use remote apps or external devices (mouse or keyboard) to navigate to TV Settings and soft reset Hisense TV without a remote controller.
If you see a black screen on the Hisense Smart TV and are unable to access the settings on these models, you can manually power cycle or restart the Hisense TV by unplugging and replugging the power cable. This will surely help you get rid of the black screen. Once the home screen is displayed after rebooting, go to Settings and reset the TV.
