I am in the middle of setting up my A65 series hisense and it got the page where you type in your wi-fi network. I typed it in and when I hit enter it just goes back to the keyboard like it doesn’t like it. I am so stuck and I don’t know whether to contact Hisense, Internet provider or Dish provider!?
Looks like you are dealing with an ISP problem, check your internet connection and try again.

Hi i have a problem where my hisense vidaa tv wont detect the remote control after factory reset. How can i continue to setup my tv? Thanks in advance.
I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing with your Hisense Vidaa TV remote after a factory reset. One potential solution is to try re-pairing the remote with the TV. If re-pairing doesn’t work, you might need to contact Hisense customer support for further assistance. They can provide specific troubleshooting steps or arrange for a replacement remote if necessary.
scanned qr code, got to a certain point and internet glitched or something. Had to restart, but now cannot get qr code back. Super frustrating.
If restarting doesn’t help you out, then check the user manual or visit the Hisense website for setting up the TV. Additionally, you can even contact the Hisense support team to let them guide you with setting up Hisense TV without QR code or other alternative ways.
When nothing helps, you shall perform a factory reset on your Hisense TV to begin with the setup process.
